LYO gives sales consultants a front-row seat to some of the most high-quality, high-impact real estate projects in the market. You'll work in a professional, performance-driven environment, supported by a base + commission plan that rewards results. As LYO expands its sales team, you'll grow with a company that is investing in its people and exposing you to the full real estate sales journey.
As a Sales Property Consultant at LYO, you'll guide families and investors from first inquiry through closing, helping them choose developments that match their values and long-term goals. Day to day, you'll handle lead follow-up via phone, email, and messaging, schedule and run meetings and presentations (in person and on Zoom), collaborate with marketing, and report to management. We're looking for driven, honest, people-centered sales professionals who listen well, communicate clearly, manage their time effectively, and are motivated to build lasting relationships.
